Our Sales and Client Sucess Enablement team focuses on helping Sales and CS be more effective, efficient and productive by shaping our client message and preparing people for its delivery.  We collaborate with functions across Indeed to give Sales and CS the knowledge, tools, information, and resources to succeed.  We are looking for passionate individuals who are strategic problem solvers, and are enthusiastic about partnering with Sales and CS to provide solutions and help them manage their client relationships.

Your job.

As a Global Enablement Project Manager at Indeed, you will lead strategic projects to support the development of Solutions across markets and geographies. This high visibility role requires a self-motivated and proactive  individual with proven creative, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities. Must enjoy challenging and innovative projects and thrive in a fast-paced environment where accountability is paramount.  


  • Conduct regular workshop sessions with Sales and CS stakeholders in order to gather feedback on existing solutions and understand business requirements for new ones 
  • Proactively and openly collaborate with other functions (Client Success, New Product, Marketing, Engineering)  in order to ensure consistent training and GTM messaging for the customer experience
  • Develop and execute project plans across interdependent projects and stakeholders, starting at high level and guiding stakeholders to the level of detail needed to best manage the projects.
    • Tightly manage and report on program/project scope, timelines, dependencies, resources, and budget
    • Provide regular reporting on project/business metrics, including ROI measurements and executive summary reports.
  • Lead team meetings (daily, weekly, monthly as appropriate) with project teams. These meetings may be in-person or via conference call.

About you.


  • Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree preferred
  • A minimum of 5+ years’ experience in Project Management
  • Proven track record in managing projects, meeting project deadlines and delivering on project and resource goals in a dynamic environment
  • Stellar communications skills and ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • High level of organization, planning, prioritization and attention to detail
  • Strong team orientation; maintain partnerships, collaborate and influence across multiple stakeholders
  • Strong drive for results, energy and positive “can do” attitude
  • Project Management Certification (PMP) preferred
  • Effective use of technology to facilitate program management and collaboration, previous experience with Jira preferred
  • Knowledge of customer journey mapping tools a plus
  • Experience working with different sales or client success teams (Inside Sales, National/Enterprise/ Field Sales, Client Sucess) across geographies and Playbooks development preferred
