Our Sales Enablement team focuses on helping Sales be more effective, efficient and productive by shaping our sales message (Sales Support) and preparing people for its delivery (Sales Training).  We collaborate with functions across Indeed to give Sales the knowledge, tools, information and resources to succeed. We are looking for passionate individuals who are strategic problem solvers, and are enthusiastic about partnering with Sales to provide solutions and help them sell.

Your job.

As a Sales Support Project Manager at Indeed, you will lead  strategic projects to support the development of Sales Support Solutions and Sales Playbooks across markets and geographies.  This high visibility role requires a self-motivated and proactive  individual with proven creative, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities. Must enjoy challenging and innovative projects and thrive in a fast-paced environment where accountability is paramount.

About you.


  • Conduct regular workshop sessions with Sales stakeholders in order to gather feedback on existing Sales Support solutions and  understand business requirements

  • Proactively and openly collaborate with other functions (Client Success, New Product, Marketing, Engineering)  in order to ensure consistent GTM messaging and customer experience

  • Develop and execute project plans across interdependent projects and stakeholders, starting at high level and guiding stakeholders to the level of detail needed to best manage the projects.

    • Tightly manage and report on program/project scope, timelines, dependencies, resources, and budget

    • Provide regular reporting on project/business metrics, including ROI measurements and executive summary reports.

  • Lead team meetings (daily, weekly, monthly as appropriate) with project teams. These meetings may be in-person or via conference call.


  • Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree preferred

  • +5 years’ experience in Project Management

  • Proven track record in managing projects, meeting project deadlines and delivering on project and resource goals in a dynamic environment

  • Stellar communications skills and ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner

  • High level of organization, planning, prioritization and attention to detail

  • Strong team orientation; maintain partnerships, collaborate and influence across multiple stakeholders

  • Strong drive for results, energy and positive “can do” attitude

  • Project Management Certification (PMP) preferred

  • Effective use of technology to facilitate program management and collaboration, previous experience with Jira preferred

  • Knowledge of customer journey mapping tools a plus

  • Experience working with different sales verticals (Inside Sales,  National/Enterprise/ Field Sales) across geographies and Sales Playbooks development preferred
