Your job.

Indeed is seeking a smart, self-motivated candidate who is passionate about Client Success and helping teammates excel at delivering service excellence. As the Quality Specialist you will report to the Manager of Client Success, Quality Support and support the team towards the goal of providing a WOW customer experience. The successful candidate will have exceptional communication skills, be detail oriented, analytical, organized and demonstrate the ability to work independently and also within a team environment.

About you.

  • Create and maintain call and email standards
  • Monitor team member interactions daily
  • Ensure internal processes are being followed by team members
  • Deliver feedback to team members and managers based on findings
  • Identify trends and partner with internal support teams on modules needed to address the identified process gaps
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • One year minimum of Client Success experience preferred
  • Impeccable communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver constructive feedback in a clear and positive manner
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy and proven ability to multi-task
  • A can-do attitude attitude and excellent time management skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and exhibit tech savviness; your curiosity and passion mean that you can get up to speed and have an impact from day one
  • Commitment to service excellence
  • Fluent in Dutch and English. Additional language abilities are a plus.
