The base salary range below represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards include quarterly bonuses, Long Term Incentive Plan units, an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits. 


 Tokyo Base Salary Range: 5,750,000 - 8,700,000 JPY

 採用チームについて 
・15名以上(採用関連部門含む。内リクルーターは5名)  

必須経験 
・新卒採用または中途採用のご経験1年以上 
OR 
・人材紹介エージェントのコンサルタントとして2年以上のご経験 (360 Recruitment Cycle)


 語学スキル 
・ビジネスレベルの英語力(目安 TOEIC 850点以上)

About you.

Responsibilities
  • Identify, source and engage candidates through creative and innovative sourcing approaches 
  • Provide market research to support candidates and geographic profiling to guide recruiting in various locations 
  • Review, pre-screen and interview candidates to determine the appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements 
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the full recruiting cycle (i.e. communicate status, answer questions and coordinate all follow-up efforts) 
  • Ensure consistent communication regarding recruiting efforts by providing status updates to all stakeholders through meetings, email updates, and reports  
  • Monitor the effectiveness of all recruiting efforts, with specific attention paid to the continued flow of candidates through the recruiting pipeline 

Requirements 

  • Bilingual fluency in Japanese and English
  • 2+ years of successful recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high volume environment 
  • Provide excellent support to candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a world-class candidate experience 
  • Exposure to full lifecycle recruiting, including screening, negotiations/closing, and candidate relationship management
