The base salary range below represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Long Term Incentive Plan units, an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.

Dublin Base Salary Range: 57,000 - 73,000 EUR per year

Indeed is looking for a Recruitment Team Lead to lead our expansion efforts for Indeed Hire. You will have excellent communication and leadership skills, and a desire to be a part of one of the fastest growing Internet companies.  

Responsibilities

  • Contributing to a cohesive team environment and utilize coaching and feedback to improve performance while having the confidence and knowledge to influence others in a matrix environment

  • Training your team to educate and influence their clients by sharing data, market trends, and hiring best practices

  • Leveraging operational data and metrics to monitor the effectiveness of your team

  • Facilitating day to day coaching and lead the Hiring Specialists on your team to meet hiring goals while providing an effortless experience for our clients 

  • Effectively and proactively engage with clients to solve problems and build loyalty with professionalism and care
  • Accountability for self and team and is receptive to feedback in order to minimize errors and improve the quality of work

About you.

  • 5+ years of successful Customer Service Experience and or Client Facing Experience and experience leading/managing at least 5+ employees

  • 1+ years of previous recruiting/hiring experience is a plus

  • Past success in a fast-paced, continually evolving environment using proven time management skills, prioritization skills and working with a strong sense of urgency

  • Knowledge of the recruiting process and success drivers

  • Experience leveraging technology to manage workflow, comfortable using data to diagnose and improve team performance

  • Experience building strong, collaborative and productive teams
