Our Marketing team helps job seekers and employers around the world to discover Indeed. Whether creating impactful advertising, coding bidding algorithms, or looking for the news stories in Indeed's labour data, Indeed marketers bring diverse skills to help shape and share Indeed’s story. Your job.

Indeed is looking for a Content Marketing Associate to help bring our content strategy to life, create compelling content, and data-driven stories that increase market share with our employers, and ultimately helps them make more hires.

You’ll collaborate with other marketing teams locally, and across the globe, to develop long-form thought leadership content using original research and drive the execution and promotion of your content across a variety of channels to establish Indeed as the industry leader in recruiting technology, labour market insights and job search behaviour.

The successful candidate will be a masterful storyteller, and a compelling communicator, who thrives on creating great content in fast-paced environments and finds a learning opportunity in every situation.


  • Devise new initiatives to drive traffic and engagement with our content

  • Build content and content programs based on a solid understanding of business needs and goals

  • Work with local and global stakeholders to manage the creation of compelling, useful, high quality content to achieve marketing objectives.

  • Manage and develop a wide variety of content including - blog and web content,  event presentations, marketing collateral, eBooks, infographics, case studies, webinars, and videos.

  • Support the regional Indeed blog strategy and execution

  • Get stuff done -- execute briskly with precision, in alignment with our goals and standards

About you.

  • 2+ years professional experience with proven track record in developing highly effective content

  • B2B experience

  • Outstanding editing, writing and content development skills

  • Strong analytical skills, ability to manage multiple projects and enthusiasm for data-driven marketing

  • Ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of the organisation

  • Self-motivated, organised, and a strategic thinker

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required (preferably in a linguistic or marketing related field)
