Your job.

The Sales Analysis team is part of the Global Sales Strategy organization. Its core mission is to use data driven approaches to uncover insights and drive strategic decision making for the broader sales organization. The Sales Analyst will focus on driving adoption and improvements to several core technologies, including Salesforce and Tableau. The ideal candidate will have experience with CRM, advanced knowledge of Tableau, and be technically savvy with a knack for discovering insights and data-driven storytelling.


Core responsibilities:

  • Become a Salesforce subject matter expert for all things related to the Sales business.

  • Design and execute on reporting functionality within Salesforce.

  • Build Salesforce dashboards / tools that help Business Leaders derive insights to grow their business.

  • Collaborate with different business groups to augment the existing Tableau functionality.

  • Partner cross-functionally to capture and bring data to existing Data Warehouse.

  • Analyze CRM data to suggest improvements to existing workflows and conceptualize new ones.

  • Conduct trainings for broader Strategy team on how to best leverage Salesforce to solve business problems.

About you.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree with quantitative focus (e.g. Economics, Information Technology, Finance, Mathematics, Engineering)

  • 3+ years of work experience in an analytical role preferably at a B2B company.

  • Experience with Salesforce or other comparable CRM tools.

  • Experience with Tableau or other comparable business intelligence software.

  • Experience using spreadsheet software (Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets).

  • Good understanding of relational databases and data warehouse principles.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

  • Client service mentality, willingness to collaborate openly with other functions.


Preferred Skills:

  • Multiple programming languages, especially for data manipulation (e.g. SQL, Pandas)

  • Experience with fast-paced, rapidly evolving startup environments
