The base salary range below represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards include quarterly bonuses, Long Term Incentive Plan units, an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits. 

Singapore Base Salary Range: 52,000 - 64,000 SGD per year

Your job.

Sales Executives at Indeed are on the front lines of helping organisations more effectively manage their online recruitment strategy. You will advocate job search technology to leading companies across Singapore and promote the power of our products to make organisations more productive and mobile. Your passion to learn from and connect with our clients will ultimately help more businesses grow by finding and hiring the right people for them.
  • Drive revenue by selling pay-per-click advertising (PPC) and recruitment branding services to small to medium size business
  • Develop relationships through phone, email, social media and professional networking
  • Conduct live product demonstrations over the phone, via webinar and face to face
  • Prospect revenue opportunities (cold call, warm leads) to build a pipeline to reach quota
  • Analyse and present monthly analytics reports to clients
  • Develop account relationships and close sales quickly

About you.

  • Passion to hunt (cold-call), educate and sell - you are resilient and can adapt to change easily
  • The ability to learn and apply new concepts quickly
  • Exceptional written, verbal, phone and presentation skills in English + either Mandarin or Cantonese (Both is a bonus!) which is required to support clients in Hong Kong
  • A metrics-oriented, competitive attitude
  • Experience with an online Client Relationship Management (CRM) system
  • Open to feedback and adapting style to suit client
  • Solution focused mindset and strong attention to detail
