The base salary range below represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards include quarterly bonuses, Long Term Incentive Plan units, an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits. 

Dublin Base Salary Range: 39,000 - 51,000 EUR

Your job.

The Sales Operations Analyst will support our fast-growing sales team. The ideal candidate must have strong Excel skills, be highly analytical, ability to build strong relationships and have a good understanding of CRM. We're looking for a self-starter who thrives in a fun but results-oriented work environment, passionate about delivering measurable results and enjoys working on a wide variety of projects. This role will be based in Dublin. 

About you.


  • Report to, and work closely with the head of sales operations to improve and maintain sales efficiency
  • Quickly gain a deep understanding of our CRM and sales processes
  • Provide day-to-day support for rapidly growing sales team in Dublin and other remote offices.
  • Utilize Excel and other tools to perform extensive data analysis
  • Monitor data and system rules to ensure data integrity
  • Analyze and respond to inquiries from members of our sales team
  • Diagnose and solve technical problems


  • Bachelor's degree required, Finance/sales related background is a plus
  • 2+ years experience in sales operations (internet or start-up background is a plus)
  • Full fluency in French or Dutch is an advantage
  • Expert experience with Excel such as complex formulas, pivot tables, vlookups, auditing data, etc.
  • Accustomed to working with large data sets and CRM systems
  • Keen ability to analyze data and draw conclusions
  • Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Comfortable working under deadlines and, with senior stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Comfortable working in a deadline-oriented environment while closely liaising with Sales Leadership
