Your job.

The Sales Strategist partners with Sales Leadership to identify opportunities to accelerate revenue growth or increase sales force effectiveness.

About you.

* Drive in-market strategies to help revenue growth by partnering with stakeholders and x-functional teams
* Identify, design and execute market/segment specific insights and analyses, performance indicators
* Map and evaluate sales processes (across pre-sales, sales, and post-sales), combining both quantitative and qualitative inputs (sales team observation, interviews)
* Identify, design and execute market/segment specific analyses and performance indicators
* Evaluate drivers of sales productivity, including individual rep performance, team size/structure, account segmentations and activity/opportunity coverage
* Collaborate cross-functionally (with Finance, Product, Service teams) to refine recommendations and develop joint action plans Requirements
* Bachelor's degree with quantitative coursework (e.g., Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, Management) or equivalent practical experience
* 3+ years of work experience in Sales, Marketing and/or Consulting
* Strong analytical problem solving skills, experience analyzing data with spreadsheet software
* Working experience with programming languages, especially for data manipulation (e.g. SQL, Python, JavaScript etc)
* Project management skills and experience with process evaluation and design (lean principles)
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Client service mentality, willingness to collaborate openly with other functions
* Experience with fast-paced, sales-force driven business models
