You will manage assigned book of business while demonstrating strong business acumen; accurate forecasting and consistently deliver on quarterly sales targets
You’ll participate in interview process for new hires and provide feedback to both Management and the candidate
You’ll mentor team members with specific focus on product knowledge and effective sales skills, track their development, and measure success (qualitative and quantitative)
You’ll provide 1:1 performance coaching support upon Director’s request
You’ll perform management duties at least twice per month including; MMT facilitation and coordinating, planning and running of team meetings
You’ll support Director in keeping the team focused on tracking sales activity, progress vs quota and key deadlines
You’ll perform management duties when Director is absent from the office while maintaining personal daily KPIs
You’ll develop strategies to promote team member adherence to company processes and performance goals
You’ll develop relationships with sales supporting departments
You’ll drive adoption for the sale of multi-product utilization across the Sales teams
3+ years of experience in a sales environment
Senior Account Executive in good standing, hit at least 3 of the past 4 quarters, and have been in role for at least 1 year.
Demonstrate consistency in achieving quota
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships within team and other supporting departments
Proven leadership, demonstrated by leading initiatives with a clear and measurable impact on the business
Proven ability to educate customers and team members on new products
Active participant in Indeed activities including; leading local team trainings/meetings, IRG membership or leadership, job squad, community events, groups or other local Indeed sponsored activities, etc.
