Your job. is seeking a Training and Development Coordinator, Sales to assist in daily operations and training/development functions for the Sales Team.

This individual is responsible for supporting Indeed’s efforts to continuously promote employee engagement, growth/development, and retention. The Training and Development Coordinator, Sales will report to the Manager of Sales Training and Development and must be able to partner well with additional internal support teams.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently and prioritise tasks, coordinate projects between various departments and provide other general support as needed.

This role will be based in Dublin, however occasional travel may be required.

  • Conduct core courses within new hire training curriculum as needed
  • Support the development of training materials 
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and liaise with matter experts regarding instructional design 
  • Support the planning and liaising with internal and external providers for scheduling, preparation and materials
  • Create new/additional testing and evaluation tools and procedures, attendance tracking and surveys 
  • Document new processes and update existing training materials on the Company Intranet (Wiki) 
  • Assist with execution of special projects as needed, such as the organisation of sales-wide training events 

About you.

  • Excellent written and oral communications skills in English
  • 2+ years of experience working in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environmentPrevious sales experience
  • Experience training in a professional setting
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint and Excel and Google Docs
  •  Advanced oral, written, and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and be proactive
  • Strong attention to detail and proven ability to multi-task effective
  • Experience in a coordination or administration role an advantage
