Your job.

Indeed is seeking a Salesforce Success Manager in Austin to join its growing Sales Product team.

The Salesforce Success Manager will help drive our long-term Salesforce implementation by championing the use of Salesforce to help end users reach their business goals. The ideal candidate has a contagious passion for Salesforce, excellent communications skills, and has the right mix of Salesforce and training experience to deliver excellent training to increase adoption and increase user efficiency and productivity.

About you.


  • Build and maintain Salesforce training curriculums, as well as ensure workflow processes are adapted into the training; train end-users including developing and delivering train-the-trainer sessions.

  • Develop training content including multimedia support materials that are readily accessible to users including complete documentation within SFDC Knowledge of Indeed-specific workflows and practices in Salesforce.

  • Build and drive a global, ongoing training program to ensure high adoption and best practices among Sales users.

  • Partner with CRM Support team to gather and identify support patterns and trends to incorporate into future training efforts

  • Gather and report on training metrics, such as attendance and feedback



  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Relevant experience in a similar role in a large-scale Salesforce implementation

  • 3+ years of experience with end-user training, designing and developing training content

  • Strong experience in modern learning modalities including cloud-based e-learning tools, video, and audio (i.e., podcast)

  • Salesforce Admin (201) certification strongly preferred

  • Sales Cloud certification a plus

  • Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills

  • Willingness to travel to Indeed locations
