Beyond search, we invest heavily in ensuring that Indeed has the best data analysis tools available to optimize our recruiting products and run accurate A/B tests. Simply put, we help people get the right jobs.

Your job.

As a Search Quality Analyst, you will work to measure and improve internal quality within the Search Quality team. You will help develop scalable solutions for reviewing workflows, determine if content meets Indeed’s standards, and provide feedback to team members when necessary. You will also help build out, drive, and analyze metrics and reporting around these processes. Our goal is to ensure consistent enforcement of policies and procedures, resulting in better experiences for both clients and job seekers on Indeed.

As an ideal candidate, you have experience developing, communicating, and implementing large-scale changes, updates, and initiatives to a wide variety of teams. You are able to communicate your findings in a clear and succinct way. You are flexible and able to switch gears when needed, and easily able to adapt to any situation that comes your way. You are innovative, creative and self-motivated. You work very well independently and are not afraid to take on new projects. You are detail oriented and organized. You are extremely data-driven and have proven experience working on projects involving thorough data analysis.

About you.


-Develop expert knowledge of our internal tools, guidelines, policies, workflows, and processes so that you can act as a go-to resource for the team.
-Review workflows to ensure clear communication and enforcement of policies and standards.
-This will include reviewing content related to companies, jobs, industries, sources, and business practices.
-Perform data analysis to measure and report on quality and productivity of workflows.
-Identify and develop creative solutions for process inconsistencies.
-Deliver feedback to team members and build resources to bridge knowledge and communication gaps.


-BA/BS required or related experience
-Experience in analysis of processes, metrics, workflows and operations is preferred
-Knowledge of SQL
-Interest in building interactive interfaces or tools
-Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
-Passion for helping others
-Innovative, creative, and self-motivated
-Ability to take on and execute projects with minimal oversight
-An eye for finding instances/places for improvement
-Ability to multitask
-Patience and understanding of different types of learning
-Able to easily adapt to change - sometimes daily changes
