Beyond search, we invest heavily in ensuring that Indeed has the best data analysis tools available to optimize our recruiting products and run accurate A/B tests. Simply put, we help people get the right jobs.

Your job.

As a Communications Analyst, you will be responsible for, and work to improve, internal communication and transparency for Search Quality. You will ensure all internal documentation is up to date and help support Managers, Team Leads, and analysts with special projects. It will be imperative to understand other teams throughout Indeed and bring any relevant information regarding initiatives from these teams back to Search Quality.

As an ideal candidate, you are extremely organized and have excellent communication skills. You have great attention to detail and are easily able to juggle multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously. You are a quick learner and are not afraid to challenge the status quo. You are flexible and able to switch gears when needed, and easily able to adapt to any situation that comes your way.

About you.


-Own writing a weekly team-wide newsletter regarding product updates and tests, and other internal happenings and announcements.
-Act as an admin and go-to resource for our Search Quality wiki spaces.
-Organize and contribute to various internal meetings, projects, and initiatives to further foster internal communication and collaboration between all Search Quality teams.
-Assist the rest of the Communications and Development team with new hire onboarding and other internal training.
-Come up with creative ways for Search Quality teams to better work together.
-Coordinate team-wide events and outings.


-BA/BS in Communications, English, Technical Writing preferred or equivalent relevant experience preferred
-1-2 years experience in a similar role
-Salesforce experience is a plus
-Comfortable with both verbal and written communication to large audiences
-Passion for helping others
-Innovative, creative, and self-motivated
-Ability to take on and execute projects with minimal oversight
-An eye for finding instances/places for improvement
-Ability to multitask
-Patience and understanding of different types of learning
-Able to easily adapt to change - sometimes daily changes
