The base salary range below represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Long Term Incentive Plan units, an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits. 

Dublin Base Salary Range: 36,000 - 46,000 EUR per year

Your job.


As a Search Quality Operations Analyst, you are responsible for protecting the integrity of Indeed’s products by considering the job seeker in everything you do. Creating the best experience a job seeker can have involves many different pieces, and your daily work will be interesting, nimble and broad. This may include deep market analysis and trend reporting, proactive research and the implementation of preventative measures, investigating fraudulent job postings, identifying questionable business practices and pushing for product change in order to create the best engagement for the job seeker.


As an ideal candidate, you’ve been described as driven, curious minded, detail-oriented, and someone who enjoys working in a problem-solving environment. You take pride in both finding problems and identifying their solutions. You are able to make difficult or wide ranging decisions based on Indeed’s current policy guidelines and are capable of developing a comprehensive view of our policies in order to make nuanced decisions. You possess a “go-getter” attitude and enjoy identifying market-specific issues and devising creative solutions.


Responsibilities:


  • Use your language skills and knowledge of the Swedish market to evaluate quality standards with supporting data for assigned markets

  • Strategize and initiate new project ideas that will help improve search quality globally, and with a focus on Sweden

  • Collaborate with others in Search Quality, Product and Engineering to improve product features and job seeker experiences globally

  • Perform research and deep dive investigations to protect job seeker experience, maintain job quality and mitigate fraud

  • Ability to interpret data and acquire or utilize existing technical skills to help develop tools, automate processes and monitor ongoing fraud and quality trends in Sweden 

  • Manage quality standards and communication flow with vendors and employees both internally and externally across multiple locations 

  • Facilitate training and maintain training materials for vendors, new hires and other teams such as Client Success and Sales

  • Use project management skills to organize all initiatives, prioritize projects and execute against market goals

  • Help define the policies that guide company-wide quality decisions and take direction as to the appropriate level of policy restrictions for specific markets

About you.


  • College degree is preferred, and/or 2 years experience supporting Swedish market initiatives

  • Bilingual/multilingual in Swedish

  • Familiarity with the Swedish market

  • Familiarity with constructing search queries and analyzing data sets and basic knowledge of SQL preferred

  • Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills

  • Self-directed, eager to learn in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

  • Detail-oriented, solid time management skills, and the ability to constantly adjust priorities

  • Demonstrated ability to learn new tools and improve operational efficiency

  • Excellent written and oral communication in English
