Indeed is seeking a Senior CRM Analyst in Austin to join its growing Sales Product team.
The Senior CRM Analyst will help drive our long-term CRM implementation strategy by identifying best-in-class practices, third party vendors and integrations to optimize Indeed’s instance of Salesforce. Concretely, he/she will be tasked with scoping and prioritizing requests from across Indeed’s broader Sales org, and researching and selecting the most optimal SFDC-compatible solutions to help increase productivity and revenue through a powerful, agile and effective CRM.
Continuously consult with sales and sales leadership to identify and improve key areas of CRM functionality and integrations
Ensure alignment between sales and all our sales support functions
Identify evaluate and implement new solutions (native or 3rd party) for our sales support organizations
Lead discovery phase and requirements documentation for future feature releases
Drive CRM adoption and best practices with Sales users
Participate in CRM product trainings and roll-outs for Sales
Act as technical SME (subject matter expert) for Indeed’s CRM products for Sales
Actively communicate planned and completed CRM product updates to Sales
Gather, synthesize, analyze and present feedback on Indeed’s CRM products
Analyze & gather historic and live data (usage, statistics, etc) for data-driven decision making
Use data and Sales feedback to prioritize future enhancements/bug fixes and help create and maintain a CRM product roadmap
3+ years in a similar role in a large-scale Salesforce implementation
Salesforce Admin (201) certification required
Advanced Salesforce Admin (301) certification a plus
Sales Cloud certification a plus
Experience with Salesforce Lightning preferred
Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills
Willingness to travel to Indeed locations
Data-driven and analytical to build a case for desired product updates
Ability to work under pressure, organize and prioritize responsibilities
Familiarity with the recruitment advertising industry and CPC/pay-for-performance model preferred
