The base salary range below represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards include quarterly bonuses, Long Term Incentive Plan units, an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.

Toronto Base Salary Range: 110,000 - 154,000 CAD per year

Your job.

Indeed is looking for a Senior Director, Sales- Acquisition in Toronto. This person will develop, manage and hire Sales Directors who oversee the Acquisition focused Inside Sales teams in Canada. We are seeking candidates who have 10+ years of sales experience as well as 5+ years of management experience in an inside sales capacity, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a strong desire to be a part of one of the fastest growing internet companies in the recruitment space.

About you.

Responsibilities

* Hire, train and manage performance of Account Executives and Directors
* Direct the sales process, including qualifying and positioning of Indeed products and
services.
* Responsible for the acquisition of new business and revenue
* Ensure delivery of monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals and manage a weekly
revenue forecast.
* Manage daily, weekly and monthly activity to ensure productivity.
* Manage to sales business rules, practices and policies

Requirements

* Bachelor’s Degree
* 10+ years of relevant sales experience
* 5+ years of sales management experience managing sales managers
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Experience with interactive media, including pay-per- click products is ideal
* Tenure within the online recruitment or staffing industry is strongly preferred
* Demonstrated success utilizing metrics to drive sales performance
