Your job.

Indeed is looking for a strategic Senior Director of Sales to lead our National Staffing and RPO business. You'll lead and coach a high-performing, national sales organization using consultative sales skills to understand clients’' needs and deliver measurable solutions that grow their businesses. You will report directly to the Vice President of National Accounts and Agency,  you will work with senior sales leadership to set strategic objectives and run the day-to-day operations for the business. You are an excellent communicator with a proven ability to train and motivate a large team, and you take an analytical approach to running your business and managing the sales process.


About you.

We are in the process of interviewing candidates who have 12+ years of sales and sales management experience and who have experience managing and succeeding in a complex, enterprise sales environment. This is a crucial role in a rapidly growing company and you will have a track record thriving in a fast paced, ever changing environment.


Responsibilities


  • Manage a national team of salespeople and Sales Directors

  • Responsible for growth and retention of revenue within a finite portfolio of Staffing and RPO accounts

  • Build and maintain the national growth and expansion strategy for Indeed’s Staffing and RPO vertical, one of the fastest growing in the company

  • Consult with Senior Sales Leadership and Product teams to help shape the development of our suite of solutions for this vertical

  • Build, coach, train and maintain a high performing sales organization

  • Increase overall team effectiveness my identifying and scaling insights and new go to market approaches that result in the growth of the vertical

  • Develop and build relationships in the market with key executives at major Staffing and RPO firms

  • Travel required for remote office visits and client meetings (40-50%)


Requirements


  • Bachelor's Degree preferred

  • 12+ years of sales experience 7+ years of sales management experience

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Tenure within the online recruitment industry is preferred

  • Familiarity with performance-based advertising products, including PPC recruitment advertising

  • Successful track record in sales-driven environments and superior leadership skills

  • Experience with negotiating with and influencing key decision makers
