The base salary range below represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Long Term Incentive Plan units, an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits. 

London Base Salary Range: 85,000 - 130,000 GBP per year

Your job.

Indeed is looking for a strategic Senior Director of National Accounts to join our team, to be based in Indeed’s London office. This individual will hire and lead a team dedicated to educating clients to drive sales expansion in the company. We are seeking candidates who have 9+ years experience managing new business efforts in sales support capacities and 3+ years of management experience. A strong candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills and a strong desire to be a part of one of the fastest growing internet companies in the recruitment space.

About you.


* Manage a team of National Accounts Directors and National Account Managers
* Direct the marketing of pay-per-click advertising (PPC) services to large enterprise level organisations supporting sales made from UK
* Own key account relationships directly where necessary
* Ensure delivery of monthly, quarterly and annual goals and manage a weekly revenue forecast
* Rollout agreed business rules, practices and policies
* Hire, train and manage the performance of Directors and their respective National Accounts teams


* 9+ years of relevant experience
* 3+ years management experience
* Detailed and extensive knowledge of the UK online recruitment space
* Experience with interactive media, including pay-per-click products
* Tenure within the online recruitment industry is strongly preferred
* Successful track record in similar environments and superior leadership skills
