This is a critical role that requires an individual who is passionate about technology and finding innovative solutions to support growth and departmental goals for both Sales and Client Success teams to deliver high-quality service to Indeed's pay-per-click (PPC) advertising clients. If you have a passion for delivering measurable results and client success, we want to hear from you!  Additionally, you will be part of an unparalleled global team that supports, promotes, and lives and breathes a service culture.

Your focus

  • Key influencer who can translate Client Success and Sales departmental goals and challenges to evaluate and recommend best in class or innovative solutions with clearly defined measures of success.
  • Identifies and evaluates new disruptive business opportunities enabled by technology and partnerships / alliances. 
  • Present vision to all internal organizational levels, including global teams.
  • Utilizes industry experience, analysis and innovation to provide insights that inform and develop strategic technology recommendations to internal clients. Assembles key participants and facilitates cross-functional teams in the strategy development.

About you.

About you

  • Minimum 10 years leadership experience with emphasis on Sales and Customer Experience technology vendor selection
  • Experience leading a highly effective team with a passion for innovation and technology
  • Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written.
  • Experience with Salesforce, a plus
