The base salary range below represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Long Term Incentive Plan units, an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.

As a Senior Hardware IT Asset Management Analyst, you are responsible for managing the IT Solutions supply chain of materials needed to support the Indeed end user and ensure a positive user experience. You will be responsible for building the regional purchasing forecasts, tracking against budget spend, ensuring timely order turnaround and invoice reconciliation, and evolving the processes and toolsets supporting these efforts. You will also be responsible for maintaining vendor relationships and integration into our asset management system. You will work with local managed services and ITSO team members to ensure supply chain and IT asset lifecycle processes are maintained. You will help bring further velocity, fluidity, and consistency to the IT asset life-cycle through continuous improvement efforts centered around the evolution of the ITSM framework (ServiceNow) and order life-cycle optimization programs. 

Responsibilities.

  • Working closely with global ITAM teammates, HR, Vendor Management, Procurement, and IT Solutions teams to assess user needs, document requirements, and improve efficiencies in hardware and software asset management. 

  • Collaborating with the ITAM team to build/refine global standardized ITAM processes and efficiency improvement opportunities.  

  • Proactively reviewing inventory status of IT hardware and performing reconciliation analysis of IT asset records within our ServiceNow environment.

  • Promoting ITAM best practices and consistent process execution across the team. This includes maintaining ITAM work instructions and standard operating procedures documents.

  • Defining audit and asset record reconciliation procedures for recurring data integrity refresh. 

  • Identifying and pursuing process improvement, automation, configuration management of laptops, and application integration opportunities.

About you.

  • Desire to grow experience administering Enterprise Asset Management, ERP, ITSM, and/or CMDB frameworks  

  • Familiarity with IT asset discovery or device management solutions 

  • Experience with macOS imaging, deployment solutions, backup (Time Machine), and profile management solutions a plus

  • Working knowledge of GSuite, Service Now, and Apple products (macOS, iOS)

  • Ability to handle confidential information and material with the highest degree of professional responsibility

  • Are proactive, self-directed, motivated, detailed and organized in all areas.


What we need from you: 

  • 2+ years of experience in a technical role

  • You have an interest in learning and taking on increasingly complex tasks


  • Ability to work individually and within a team

  • Independent ability to research technical problems and solutions

  • Strong organizational and managerial skills and detail-oriented work ethic

  • Fluent speaking and writing in English language.
