The Sales Effectiveness Team is looking for an entrepreneurial manager to lead Indeed’s Global CRM Business Strategy. This role is highly cross-functional and will interface with leaders in Sales & CS Strategy, Product, Engineering and other orgs. The ideal candidate will be able to seamlessly oscillate between details and the big picture, with a strong ability to create simple yet effective processes and solutions, all while motivating and supporting a high-performing team.
Be a visionary for how Sales & CS should operate in Salesforce.com; challenge the status quo with respect to how processes were built out in Indeed’s legacy CRM (AdCentral)
In partnership with leaders in Strategy, Sales, CS and Product, set the agenda for CRM-related priorities from a process standpoint and a system perspective
Build consensus around core CRM-related business processes, including Account Planning, Opportunity Management & Pipelining, Rep Workflows and other disciplines
Understand core CRM business needs as well as analytic reporting requirements for end users
Manage a team of three Product Managers and two Engineers, who design and build solutions in-system (Salesforce.com, Einstein Analytics and/or other applications) to support agreed upon business processes
7+ years experience across roles in Sales, Client Success, Strategy, Product Management and/or Salesforce administration
3+ years experience in project management or the leading of complex, cross-functional initiatives
At least one year of management experience, preferably leading a team with a diverse skill set (global experience highly valued)
Demonstrated knowledge of sales processes, how sales people think and what sales managers care about, ideally in a B2B sales environment and/or at a company with non-contract based business models
Highly desired: familiarity with Indeed’s products and sales processes
A passion for sales efficiency, simple yet elegant solutions and a dynamite user experience
Ability to communicate with and influence a diverse group of stakeholders: Strategy, Sales, Client Success, Product and Engineering
Familiarity with Salesforce.com and related applications (e.g., Einstein Analytics), either as an end-user or through Salesforce Certifications
The following Salesforce Certifications are not required but are desirable: Platform Developer, Administrator, Einstein Analytics and Discovery Consultant
Inside and outside sales experience and/or sales management experience a plus
