Your job.

Indeed is looking for a senior technical event producer to help scale a world-class event marketing program around the globe.

This role will be responsible for developing and scaling Indeed’s global event technology program to help elevate both internal and external event experiences through the use of technology around our campus’ and onsite at our events and events we participate in. This role reports to the director of global events and serves as a subject matter expert in audio-visual technology and tools.

IMPORTANT: Must have live event production experience and audio-visual technology and tool knowledge.

About you.


  • Build and resource a scalable global events technology program and team that would support various global B2B event activations and monthly internal meetings that deliver a world class experience from start to finish.
  • Recommend and develop effective, high production quality elements that deliver transformational experiences for attendees both internal and external.
  • Collaborate with support teams within the organization across the globe to identify opportunities for driving scale and efficiencies throughout the events technology program
  • Manage relationships with internal partners including the C-suite and external vendors as needed
  • Develop scope and preliminary budgets; align with internal IT resources for system integration and deployment for WW activations.


  • This role is designed for a senior technical event producer with global experience.  Must be able to build upon established programs and strategies and create first-class, seamless and innovative experiences around the world.
  • Bachelor’s Degree; SEB, CTSM, CMP, CSEP, CMM certification(s) a plus
  • 8-10 years experience in live event production with a management role at a large company or related agency experience
  • Proficiency with audio visual technology and tools such as, but not limited to video, lighting, sound, presentation & staging systems
  • Prior experience working closely with and influencing c-level executives
  • History of developing strategies and applications that break new ground with events and deliver transformational experiences
  • Experience work of meeting planners, content developers, designers, creative services, writers, and various vendors
  • Practice accurate time estimating, identifying dependencies and resources/cost estimates, hold a strong analytical capacity
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, identify and address problems, meet deadlines, hold and exceptional attention to detail and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze problems and make sound judgments based on objectives, risks, implications, and cost.
  • Global cultural orientation and working experience
  • Fluent in Google Applications, Apple Applications, Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new software as needed.

Travel - 60%:

  • Various North American, European, APAC cities
