The base salary range below represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards include quarterly bonuses, Long Term Incentive Plan units, an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits. 

Dublin Base Salary Range: 105,000 - 137,000 EUR per year

Indeed Senior Technical Program Managers effectively deliver business results by championing a culture of accountability and consistent application of project & program management practices. We are facilitators and motivators, working across departments and offices to ensure collaboration, communication, visibility, and successful delivery of programs and projects.

We need a Senior Technical ERP Program Manager to help guide and deliver value to a large business transformation ERP initiative.


What you will do:

  • Oversee and be accountable for the successful delivery of Indeeds ERP implementation. This is a  multi-year portfolio of work that furthers strategic company objectives.

  • Direct and be accountable for related business transformation.

  • "Zoom in" to projects to help manage and course-correct as needed.

  • Understand the relationships and impacts of programs and initiatives across business units.

  • Apply specialized knowledge of industry standards/practices to programs and initiatives.

  • Demonstrate mastery of program strategy and execution within the business domain.

  • Be able to represent your business area, internally and externally.

  • Provide recommendations on complex program dependencies that could affect the success of other initiatives. Be critical of established processes and suggest relevant improvements.

  • Provide analysis and thought leadership on issues critical to the success of the business's strategic goals.

  • Understand your strategic partners objectives. Advise on the necessary programs to achieve success and provide value to Indeed. Develop a roadmap or framework for those programs.

  • Drive strategic alignment across business units to succeed against company-wide goals.

  • Own business outcomes by working with business area leaders to influence strategy. Drive adoption of new processes across the organization.

  • As a servant leader, have a direct and positive impact on wide number of people and teams; be accountable for the work of other managers. Provide strategic opportunities to others to help close their skill gaps


About you.

  • Significant industry experience in implementing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) initiatives in the technical industry

  • Workday, GoTransverse and Vertex experience are highly preferable.

  • Highly adaptable in a fast-paced hyper-growth environment; able to thrive within ambiguity.

  • You have 10+ years of experience working with software developers as a technical project/program manager, leading cross-functional coordination and team communications to deliver high impact project outcomes in a technology company. 

  • You have 5+ years of experience managing other project managers.

  • You have worked closely with software engineers, QA, product managers and other engineering teams to get high-quality products and features through the software project lifecycle (build, test and release on time). 

  • You have experience influencing senior management and setting expectations for major cross-functional initiatives. 

  • You are comfortable talking about technical matters with business people and business matters with technical people.

  • You are successful at getting buy-in for your ideas with a demonstrated affinity for metrics.

  • You naturally exude team-building, motivating, and conflict-resolving qualities.

  • Ability to manage key customer relationships, including senior managers.

  • You can analyze information to find trends or diagnose problem areas.

  • You are decisive - you gather the data and make informed, critical decisions quickly.

  • You capably elicit high-level requirements from both business and technical stakeholders and can translate those into a detailed, prioritized backlog of work actionable by systems engineers and software developers.

  • You have executed corporate-wide initiatives: defined project plans, coordinated resources, managed implementation activities and developed all processes associated with program rollout and ongoing support.

  • You have led multiple technical programs for a technology company, leading cross-functional teams to take products to market, ensuring success metrics are informing future efforts, and fine-tuning the program as needed.

  • 5+ years scheduling and budgeting experience preferred

  • Travel expectations 20-25% of time

  • Experience developing RFP (Requests for Proposals) for external goods and services preferred

  • You have significant agile/lean experience in a product owner or scrum master role, organizations leveraging lean/agile methodologies and in-depth experience with specific agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban or SAFE. Experience with Agile transformations is helpful
