The base salary range below represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Long Term Incentives, an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits. 

Tokyo Base Salary Range: 5,454,000 - 7,250,000 JPY per year

Your job.

[Responsibilities] ・Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills, including attention to detail. You will work alongside our Regional on proactively identifying unmet needs and gaps, troubleshooting and creating innovative solutions ・Train team members to ensure that everyone is performing adequately in their roles ・Facilitates the implementation of Employee Experience initiatives, processes and programs ・Collaborate and work closely with our partner teams such as Site Lead, Facilities, Real Estate and Finance ・Run successful catering and snacking programs, regularly reviewing employee feedback and negotiating contracts with our Procurement department to deliver exceptional quality and services. ・Oversee general office communications and announcements. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and written/ verbal communication skills. ・Regularly promote a positive and productive office culture ・Manage and coordinate office events and calendar ・Manage office expansion projects and improvement initiatives across sites ・Continuously improve upon office layout and function. You’ll be responsible for occupancy planning and seating at our campus site ・Manage Office Management team across our Tokyo sites ・Maintain and manage office budget across multiple sites ・Build, negotiate and manage vendor relationships ・Greet and train new hires on office programs and incentives

About you.


・Bachelor’s degree and 5+ year in a corporate role managing office operations/logistics
・Bilingual in both Japanese and English
・People Management Experience (5+ year)
・Must be deadline focused, organized and able to prioritize multiple projects
・Advanced knowledge of excel, Google sheets and financial management
・Strong project management skills
・Ability to work under pressure
・Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Docs
・This is an onsite role to support office operations


・Proficiency in seating assignments and occupancy planning and maintaining excellent rapport with end users
・Prior experience with budgets and spreadsheets
