The base salary range below represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Long Term Incentives, an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits. 

Hyderabad Base Salary Range: 1,630,000 - 2,210,000 INR per year

Your job.

As part of the Global Product Commercialization team, you will: 

  • Help create new product strategies, partnerships, go-to-market approaches and highlight features to decrease customer effort and increase revenue capture opportunities

  • Proactively identify and resolve Sales, CS and commercialization issues, including those impacting other business functions, before they arise

  • Lead competitive analysis that results in developing product offerings and feature recommendations we can take to market and drive recommendations to conclusion

  • Develop a deep understanding of industry dynamics, competitors, customer & user segments, with knowledge of the needs (met or unmet) and incentive structures affecting each group

  • Drive complex insights and become a recognized thought partner for determining how best to support decision-making with imperfect data. 

  • Success in this role requires the ability to independently prioritize and influence broader organization to make progress on important product commercialization issues

 

In this role, you will:


  • Execute new product pilots in India, Australia and Singapore

  • Understand the current market trends, perform competitive analysis to drive initiatives that would strengthen Indeed's position in target markets

  • Identify unmet market and customer needs, and work with Indeed’s product portfolio and Incubator team to help test new products, launch and scale them in target markets

  • Support market research and strategy for target markets 

  • Manage key stakeholder relationships and partnerships across the organization for success in the market

  • Operationalize and execute market launches

  • Prioritize and action client and stakeholder feedback

About you.

Minimum requirements

  • Minimum 4 year Bachelor's degree preferably in Economics, Information Technology, Finance, Mathematics, Engineering or a related field

  • 4+ years of total work experience - preferably in Marketing, Operations, Product, Strategy, Consulting or other related function 

  • 3+ years of experience partnering with a Sales or Customer Success team in a professional environment

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (spoken, presentation and written)


Strongly desired

  • 3+ years of experience working in the Tech Industry - AdTech, Digital Media and/or Recruiting / Staffing industry preferred

  • 2+ years of experience using data analytics and reporting tools/software (e.g. Tableau, SQL, Python)

  • Strong Excel proficiency

  • Distinctive problem solving and analysis skills, combined with impeccable business judgment

  • Good partnership and collaboration skills with product and cross-functional teams

  • Strong bias-for-action



Bonus, if you have

  • Experience with scaling international products

  • Experience with sales-force driven business models

  • Experience in Product Management and Strategy/Management Consulting OR an MBA from a top business school
