Your job.

The Sales Analysis team is part of the Global Sales Strategy organization. Its core mission is to use data-driven approaches to uncover insights and drive strategic decision making for the broader sales organization. The Senior Sales Analyst will focus on driving adoption and improvements to several core technologies, including Salesforce and Tableau. The ideal candidate will have experience with CRM, advanced knowledge of Tableau, and be technically savvy with a knack for discovering insights and data-driven storytelling.

About you.

Core responsibilities:

  • Develop / maintain a suite of standardized Sales Revenue metrics.  

  • Collaborate through cross-functional teams to improve transparency of business health.

  • Improve upon areas of inefficiency in current revenue reporting process.

  • Build / execute on existing revenue models that triangulate with internal sales forecasts.

  • Play an integral role in piecing together relevant sales content for senior sales leadership.

  • Create tools that identify revenue trends across different channels, products, regions.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree with quantitative focus (e.g. Economics, Information Technology, Finance, Mathematics, Engineering)

  • 4+ years of work experience in an analytical or process management role preferably at a B2B company.

  • Advanced Experience with Tableau or other comparable business intelligence software.

  • Advanced Experience using spreadsheet software (Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets).

  • Experience with Salesforce or other comparable CRM tools.

  • Good understanding of relational databases and data warehouse principles.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

  • Client service mentality, willingness to collaborate openly with other functions.

  • Experience with fast-paced, rapidly evolving startup environments.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Postgres SQL or other relational database languages (MySQL, T-SQL).
  • Experience with Python (Specifically Pandas).
