Help identify, scope and drive critical projects related to enterprise sales initiatives partnering with cross functional teams across the organization
Develop/Analyze new product strategies, partnerships, go to market approaches, pricing and features to increase sales velocity and drive customer adoption
Lead research and analysis for senior leadership to support decision-making on growth opportunities, e.g. market share penetration, revenue channels, customer segmentation, market and competitive trends
Be a strategic partner to Indeed Hire sales and product organizations by driving, facilitating and influence cross-functional teams collaboration to ensure projects are executed
Ability to create complex models relating to business change, productivity and compensation; refinine operating metrics to shift objectives and priorities.
Drive operational excellence through identification and execution of opportunity areas that create efficiency by improving processes, implementing new tools that remove obstacles and allows businesses to scale.
Experience (5+ years) in strategic planning, sales operations and / or business operations
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or other relevant / quantitative disciplines from a leading university; MBA a plus
Understanding of Tech and/or Recruiting / Staffing industry is a plus
Distinctive problem solving and analysis skills, ability to solve complex and diverse business problems (commercial, operational, organizational),experience analyzing large data sets with quantitative modeling experience
Results and detail oriented, with strong commercial / business acumen
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong leadership and influencing skills
Superior Excel and Powerpoint skills
Experience analyzing large data sets with programming languages, spreadsheet software (e.g. SQL, Python, Tableau), with quantitative modeling experience
Experience with SalesForce or other CRM platforms
Client service mentality, adaptability and willingness to collaborate openly with other functions
Experience with fast-paced, sales-force driven business models
