You will work closely with the IAM Program Manager and key stakeholders to define, design, and build robust and highly available IAM Services
You will be the lead in the actualization of a multi-phase IAM Roadmap, with a customer-centric approach
You will work to position the organization for success, improving efficiency, accuracy, and compliance while increasing business responsiveness, improving the security posture, and supporting our aggressive growth
You will be part of the IT Solutions Organization's Infrastructure Engineering team and work closely with them on a daily basis. You will closely partner with IAM’s key stakeholders to understand requirements, define user stories, create a shared vision, and lead combined roadmap exercises. You will measure KPIs, track product efforts as well as frequently present, and send IAM product updates.
You have a technical background and are comfortable suggesting solutions. You understand how IAM / Infrastructure teams work, and how Infrastructure engineers think. Most of all, you love solving hard technical challenges to make a difference in the lives of other people, whether they be job seekers, employers or your fellow Indeedians.
2+ years of product management experience or close collaboration with product managers
7+ years experience with infrastructure or Identity and Access Management Systems and Services
Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Security, Information Systems, or an equivalents technical field
Strong understanding of Directory Services, AD, LDAP, and DNS
Strong familiarity with authentication methods, SSO, OAuth, MFA, SAML, Federation and Certificates
Experience with solutions such as OneLogin, SailPoint, Duo Mobile, OpenLDAP
Ability to drive, contribute to, and communicate solutions to technical product challenges
Ability to roll-up your sleeves and work in process or resource gaps and fill it in yourself
Outstanding data analysis and data-driven decision-making skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
