The base salary range below represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards include quarterly bonuses, Long Term Incentive Plan units, an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.
Seattle Area Base Salary Range: 192,000 - 242,000 USD per year

As a Senior Technical Product Manager, you will own a cross-company platform that ensures Indeed data remains private and secure. You will set the vision and drive execution for the platform that ensures secure storage of personal data, working closely with your internal partners across the company in product, engineering, legal, privacy, and data governance. You will be the driving force behind Indeed protecting our 250M monthly users’ private information. In this role, you will be taking care of an incredibly diverse set of job seekers and employers world-wide and you will need to listen to voices from many different backgrounds and skillsets in order to be successful.
You have a passion for ensuring that companies protect their users and you are excited about working with a variety of stakeholders to achieve this mission. You are an experienced manager and have coached PMs to achieve significant impact. You are able to move from big picture to technical details easily as you work through problems with engineering partners and stakeholders. You understand how high-velocity software development teams work, and how engineers think.

Someone who can meet these expectations should have:
* Demonstrated ability to work across a large set of internal customers in technical and non-technical roles
* Passion for and knowledge of protecting user data in a large, distributed organization
* Experience owning own platforms or other similar technical products
* A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a closely related field, or equivalent experience
* Over 10 years of consumer or enterprise internet software product management experience
* Deep understanding of web technologies
* Outstanding data analysis skills
* Proven leadership skills
