The team.

The CSI team belongs to the Sales Strategy organization. Our team supports client-facing teams with insights driven analysis, actionable narratives, & collateral. We deliver innovative and trusted world class services that enable our client facing teams to foster client relationships and help people get jobs.

The base salary range below represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Long Term Incentive Plan units, an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits. 

Dublin Base Salary Range: 43,000 - 60,000 EUR per year

Your job.

The role of an Acquisition Specialist will be to provide collateral that has a clear call to action for our clients. This role focuses on enabling sales reps to lead with assets aligned to client pain-points. This role works with new & existing small to medium clients with introductory product portfolios and campaign structures. In this role, you’ll equip Sales Reps with assets that will help them attain new revenue and optimize product portfolios. The CSI Advocate will prioritize insights for existing clients and structure core content alignments for new clients to drive actionable recommendations tied to client pain-points.

Please note that for this position, the requirements of the role that you are fluent in English and German.

About you.


  • Be the subject matter expert on core indeed content & develop intelligently packaged assets

  • Problem solve and engineer assets that help sales captivate clients

  • Work closely with account representatives to design the right collateral at the right time


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing required

  • Fluency in English and German

  • 2-3 years experience working in fast-paced, sales environment
  • Proficient in MS Office with a strong emphasis on PowerPoint and Excel
  • Familiar with a known data visualization tool(s) 
  • Ability to follow decision tree logic
  • Comfortable presenting to internal stakeholders
  • Strong relationship building & communication skills
