Your job.

As the Senior Director of Global Enterprise Marketing, you will create the strategy and drive the implementation of our Marketing programs for large B2B clients. Your role will be a truly global remit, addressing companies in 5 continents and working with Marketing colleagues located in 16 offices worldwide. Even more exciting: it will cover every phase of the customer lifecycle: from demand generation to client engagement and retention. 


In this position, you will be successful by achieving the following:


  • Drive our Enterprise Marketing strategy globally

  • Collaborate with Sales to identify high potential Enterprise clients to target

  • Partner with the Marketing Leaders of each Country to create and implement effective Enterprise Marketing plans locally

  • Lead a team with initial size of 15-20 HC that sits over 5 locations in Europe, US and Asia

  • Design Enterprise Marketing Programs and provide the Countries with what is needed (resources, tech…) to scale those Programs globally

  • Support our Employer Insights organization with best in class tools and processes to evangelize Indeed to our Enterprise clients and prospects

  • Head our 2 global centers of excellence and offer amazing experiences to our Clients invited there for jam sessions on strategy

  • Facilitate budget allocation resolutions together with the Country teams, Finance, Marketing Planning

  • Define global metrics for Enterprise Marketing and track them accordingly to ensure performance is in line with targets 

  • Negotiate Country level goals with each local teams

  • Prepare and present at executive reviews. Be the voice of Enterprise Marketing within the organization

  • Get stuff done -- execute briskly with precision, in alignment with our goals and standards

  • Have fun and be a pleasant partner-in-crime for your co-workers 



About you.


You will be a successful candidate if you will have: 


  • 10+ years of Marketing experience in B2B. (If also B2C preferred)

  • Mastership of Account Based Marketing practices (set up, measurement, automation)

  • Demand generation experience at scale driving a significant pipeline for a B2B technology company

  • Demonstrated track record of delivering results, balancing a data-driven marketing approach with an exceptional client experience

  • Experienced, strategic leader with the ability to work in a complex and geographically dispersed matrix organization

  • Both creative and analytical mindset -- the ability to generate ideas and rigorously analyze their performance to understand how we can improve

  • A collaborative and inclusive approach

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred
