The base salary range below represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Long Term Incentive Plan units, an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.
In this role you will be responsible for introducing our Performance, Sourcing and Branding products to the marketplace in partnership with Indeed’s Inside Sales Teams, as a part of the GPS Shared Support team.
Each Global Product Solutions Sr. Specialist will be aligned with a sales territory and segment. You will share the same new product goals as your assigned sales teams and will be compensated according to the performance of your territory.
In this role you will be responsible for introducing our newest products - Indeed Targeted Ads, Indeed Hire, Seen by Indeed, Indeed Hiring Events, Resume, and more to come - to the marketplace by helping Indeed’s Inside Sales teams with planning, positioning and objection handling while providing product technical expertise.
Facilitate and support sales initiatives to achieve new product goals, including territory plans, gap plans, and lead list development and prioritization with sales partners
Cross-train sales teams as a product expert for Indeed Hire, Seen by Indeed, ITA Apply, Hiring Events and other new products. Conduct regular reviews and sales training positioning all new products for success
Partner with Sr. Directors to develop a quarterly action plan to achieve New Product Sales goals
Drive and engage Inside Sales teams to provide technical product details and limitations throughout the sales process
Understand product demand and prepare information to support business development efforts & deployment
Lead product line rationalization and market segmentation efforts to increase solution selling efficiencies that support overall Indeed value proposition
Conduct live product demonstrations over the phone, via webinar and Face-to-Face where applicable
Act as the voice of the customer/field, providing relevant feedback to product teams on feature or data needs to continue to grow Indeed’s non-core products.
You will maintain an effective pipeline of activity, including high value internal and external meetings to effectively diversify revenue and enable sales partners to deliver successful solutions to their customers.
Help scale processes including lead generation, client marketing, and talent recruiting by persistently uncovering the hiring needs of clients
Ability to work from Indeed Phoenix or Austin Office, with hours coinciding with aligned West Coast Sales teams
3-5 years of sales experience
Quarterly travel req (3 market visits) to US/CA Sales offices, primarily Phoenix or Austin, dependant on where hire is made
Demonstrated ability to build strategic partnerships and solution sell
Experience effectively communicating with cross-functional stakeholders
Ability to learn and apply new concepts quickly and with a positive attitude
Demonstrated ability for technical learning, customer focus & cross-functional participation
Passion to educate, sell, take on challenges and new strategic Indeed initiatives
