Your job.

    • Maintain and monitor headcount planning and forecasting in partnership with key stakeholders

    • Assist in translating business and financial goals to individual and team goals

    • Define appropriate metrics and analyses to measure people and process performance and identify workforce optimization improvements.  

    • Create pragmatic, data-backed recommendations accordingly in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders.

    • Monitor relevant KPIs to ensure performance to targets and goals, proactively identify issues and work to remove associated barriers

    • Create and deliver thoughtfully designed reporting and analyses to provide insights to team and individual performance

    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    About you.

        • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, operations or related field

        • 3-5 years experience in planning, staffing, workforce management, data analysis or related roles

        • Strong business acumen and ability to translate business strategy into organization development plan

        • Strong planning, organizational, problem-solving and time management skills

        • HR functional experience a plus

        • Previous experience working with leadership and senior managers to establishing plans and assess performance.

        • Excellent written, oral and positive influential interpersonal skills required

        • Adaptability, flexibility and effectiveness in handling multiple priorities simultaneously
