Your job.

Indeed is looking for a highly motivated, user-centric Talent Services (TS) Coordinator to join the Indeed Prime Talent team. This is a critical, fast-paced role that will support our Talent Services Executives (TSEs) who serve as career coaches to the most in-demand job seekers.

The Role:

The TS Coordinator is committed to providing Indeed Prime users with a superior level of consultation to help make the process of finding their dream jobs as simple as possible, and deliver a WOW candidate experience. The TS Coordinator is a vital part of the Talent Services Team and provides behind-the-scenes aid to two vital stakeholders - the TSEs and Indeed Prime job seekers. The Coordinator sustains the TSE team by allocating workloads to a team of 14+ TSEs and Leads. Data entry and reporting is a vital aspect of this role. Secondly, the Coordinator interfaces with Indeed Prime job seekers who may have questions about Indeed Prime product features and employers via live chat, email, and phone.

The TS Coordinator is expected to work flexible hours to provide real-time candidate support, set up TSE teams for success, and must be adaptable to change while thriving in a highly agile environment. This is an exciting opportunity in a startup environment that requires an adaptable and entrepreneurial mindset.


  • Support TSE team by performing administrative duties and data entry

  • Correspond with job seekers via real-time customer chat platform, email and phone

  • Conduct ‘warm’ call sessions to engage candidates who have been unresponsive to other forms of communication

  • Reply to jobseeker inquiries and advise on how to maximize their time on platform

  • Assist candidates by scheduling career coaching services with their dedicated TSE

  • List manage communications to special groups including unresponsive, self service, and zero contact candidates

  • Create and run quality reports to be used across various systems on Indeed Prime

  • Help job seekers find their dream jobs by providing a superior level of customer service

About you.


  • Bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1+ years experience in service-oriented positions and environments

  • Cold call experience a must

  • Creative and strategic thinking skills, specifically with regard to customer satisfaction

  • Knowledge of Excel or Google Docs Mail Merge features

  • Flexible schedule to work evening hours when necessary

  • Can-do attitude with a service-oriented approach

  • Exceptional data entry/management and reporting skills

  • Adaptable to change and always willing to learn

  • Willingness to engage collaboratively in a dynamic team environment

  • Exceptional written, verbal, phone and people skills

  • Comfort with repetitive tasks and data entry

  • Previous experience as a recruiting coordinator or career coach a plus

TS Coordinator duties:

  • Candidate Contact Activities: Total 21 hours

    • Contacting Zero contact candidates: 12 hours

    • Mid pool mail merge (FS&SS) - 3 hours

    • End pool mail merge (FS&SS) - 3 hours

    • Responding to MM EM requests - 3 hours

  • Candidate Support (transfer 50%): Total 11 hours

    • Allocating SS - 3 hours

    • Responding to candidate emails - 3 hours

    • TCPI for hires - 2 hours

    • General administrative - 1 hour

    • Candidate Intercom (add feature) - 2 hours

  • Reporting: Total 8 hours

    • Hashtag Report - 1 hour

    • Weekly Process Ishbooks - 5  hours

    • Weekly Auto-Allocation Correction - 2 hours

    • Documenting Hires - 2 hours

    • Audit Reports  - 1 hour

    • With Time (Procurement Management - 2 hours)
