As a Technical Product Manager at Indeed, you take ownership of Indeed’s Search Quality data storage and analytics platform. You are responsible for figuring out how to scale the platform and its features. That means you drive the future of your product and what the team should work on. You use data, experience, and technical chops to influence others to follow your vision. You are empowered to set bold goals for your product and team. Your goals will not be easy to achieve; they should inspire and motivate the team to think big and work fast. You work closely with the development team and talk to your internal customers every day. You work closely with developers in Austin and Tokyo to analyze how we do things today and gather input to shape future development. You ensure that product, operations, and engineering share an aligned vision and plan to execute on that vision. You enjoy data analysis, whether it’s doing queries in MySQL, searching through logs, or using the plethora of in-house tools for analyzing data.
You wear many hats and constantly learn new things on the job. You are surrounded by smart, dedicated, nice people. And importantly, you are proud of the company’s mission and your product’s impact.
