As a Product Manager at Indeed, you will take ownership of Indeed’s products supporting our continuous delivery (CD) pipeline. Our product delivery pipeline centers around this key product. You are responsible for figuring out how to scale Indeed’s product delivery using products and processes that embrace CD. You drive the future of your product and what your team should work on. You use data, experience, and technical chops to influence others to follow your vision.
You are empowered to set bold goals for your product and team. Your goals will not be easy to achieve; they should inspire and motivate the team to think big and work fast. You will work closely with the development team every day. You sit next to developers, define requirements, and analyze how to build the future. You do data collection and analysis yourself, using direct customer interaction and data mining in our world-class data warehouse.
Our product development philosophy is similar to the Lean Startup philosophy. You create MVPs, prototypes, simple tests to validate ideas and iterate. You work fast, succeed fast, fail fast and are always learning.

You're someone who wants to see the impact of your work making a difference every single day. As an agent of change, you have experience driving major organizational shifts that improve productivity at scale. Your friends describe you as very thorough, analytical and detail-oriented. You are someone with technical experience in code delivery, working with large, distributed teams. Your hands-on experience has created an empathy for the challenges engineers face continuously deploying high-quality code. You have owned roadmap definition previously on an enterprise software team.
What are the expectations for this job?
Technical understanding of release engineering and operations is required including deep knowledge of Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment (CI / CD) within an enterprise software product
Experience driving large-scale business process change
Create simple solutions
Make data-driven decisions,
including constructing complex structured data retrieval queries
Write code in order to do higher-level analysis of data or to prototype product features (python or similar)
Define product goals and metrics
