The team.This role will support our client-facing functions which include Client Success (CS) and Sales. These teams help transform the hiring process by providing companies an easy and effective way to find the right fit for every hire. We support our Client Success and Sales teams with career development and award-winning training from day one.
We are looking to fill our Training and Development team with high energy individuals that will shape our global Client Success and Sales teams. Our training mission has three aims: 1) to educate our people to be masters of Indeed products and positioning 2) to ensure our people are GREAT at Sales and Service respectively and 3) to prepare them for their next role at Indeed.
The Senior Training & Development Specialist, Learning Tools will report to the Training & Development Manager, Learning Tools and must be able to partner well with additional internal support teams. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
Enable operational effectiveness for global CS and Sales training through the use of learning tools to enhance the blended learning experience for CS and Sales Org
Design and develop digital courseware using learning tools e.g. LMS, Camtasia, Adobe Captivate, Elucidat.
Apply instructional design methodologies to enhance the learning experience for the CS and Sales audience.
Collaborate with Enablement and Training teams to align on the execution of digital learning
Lead train-the trainer sessions on learning technology for training teams as necessary
Develop methods to evaluate digital program and technology results to continuously improve learning effectiveness
Work with global Client Success and Sales Training leadership to understand and prioritize business needs, inform global decisions specifically for self -directed learning opportunities and learning technology.
Provide performance support, LMS administration, and project support as needed.
3+ years of experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
2+ years of Instructional Design experience developing and producing eLearning content using various multimedia elements (video, text, audio, graphics, animation etc.)
1+ years working with Learning Management System, authoring tools and developing interactive eLearning content required
Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, Articulate Storyline or Elucidat.
Basic to intermediate graphic design experience is a plus
Experience managing multiple competing priorities and projects
Strong attention to detail, time management and proven ability to multitask effectively
Experience developing and leading global training programs
Proven track record of successful training delivery
Experience in direct selling or service essential
Excellent communication, leadership, training and presentation skills. Advanced oral, written, and presentation skills a must
Familiarity with screen sharing programs (WebEx, ClearSlide, Zoom)
Proficient with office productivity tools (Google Suite)
