Your job.

You will manage all scheduling requirements that fall to our team including; new hire continuing education training schedules, local team retreats, leadership retreats, and our global event calendar. You will hone your organizational skills and learn the art of prioritization to ensure every CS employee has an organized, engaging and memorable experience.

You will be responsible for maintaining all documented training resources including our online learning management system (LMS), our internal company intranet (Wiki) and any additional training tracker documents.

While coordinating and maintaining accurate and up to date records, you’ll also be working with our internal business partners in the following departments Finance, Procurement and HR. As well as working with external vendors regarding contracts, payment and billing processes.

About you.


  • Manage our global Bookclub initiative
  • Maintain up to date attendance records and feedback forms with the guidance and support of our Senior Training & Development Specialist 
  • Own all coordination and planning for our team annual off-site (i.e. location, events & activities, educational content, etc.)
  • Assist with coordination on all team retreats globally as needed
  • Partner with Training & Development Specialist II to execute our new hire training plans in our international offices to ensure all new hires are aware of what classes they can attend at certain points in their tenure
  • Prospect new vendor opportunities 
  • Oversee & maintain process, records and reporting for LingoLive (language resource training) for Indeed globally


              • 1+ years related experience required for applicants with Bachelor’s degree
              • Must have a minimum of 2 years related experience if no Bachelor’s degree 
              • Related experience can include: T&D, Event Planning or Administrative Assistant.
              • Highly creative writer, experienced in crafting compelling messaging 
              • Excellent communication and presentation skills,
              • A strategic thinker with proven ability to achieve results through teams
              • Demonstrated ability to deliver constructive feedback in a clear and positive manner 
              • Strong attention to detail and accuracy and proven ability to multitask 
              • Ability to work under pressure, organize and prioritize responsibilities
              • A flexible attitude and excellent time management skills 
              • Strong ability to build cross-functional relationships 
              • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and be proactive
              • Willingness to travel to other regional offices

              Preferred Experience:

              • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development or Psychology preferred, or equivalent work experience
              • Ability to work under pressure, organize and prioritize responsibilities
              • Experience training in a professional setting
              • Experience with event planning
              • Knowledge of Gmail (including Google Suite/Google Docs), Excel, and JIRA ticketing system
