Why you will enjoy it here:

You’ll be working on problems worth solving.

Every day throughout the world someone is looking for opportunity, and increasingly Indeed is where they do it. Be a part of our design community, and you’ll be shaping the conversation we have with millions of people and considering how we connect in a meaningful way in the lives of Job Seekers and Employers.

Your hands will get dirty, your brain will get tired, and your work will ship.

You’ll be challenged to not just create the blue-sky visions that inspire but to also know when to sacrifice the perfect for the good enough. Our group routinely has large pieces of work that release during a quarter; some pieces that lay the groundwork for years to come; and some pieces that can iteratively improve daily, based on how users interact with the design experience.

You’ll be surrounded by some of the best.
