As part of our mission to help people get jobs, we’re obsessed with creating the best possible experience for every job seeker, business owner, and recruiter that we serve. As the VP of Experience, you’ll lead the teams that shape lifecycle marketing and the end-to-end experience of the 200 million job seekers and millions of employers that use Indeed every month.
Within this Experience organization, we have distinct teams focused on job seekers, small businesses, and recruiter experience. These teams develop, test, and measure lifecycle marketing programs using content, communications, and wow-moments to continually improve net promoter score and other measures of loyalty and engagement. The teams scale these programs globally, executing in multiple languages, cultures, and geographies. The Experience organization also includes product marketing which manages messaging, positioning, claims, and client proof globally for all Indeed products as well as our business operations teams.
For this senior role, we’re looking for an inspirational leader with a passion for Indeed’s mission, a history of creating great experiences with global scale, and experience leading product and lifecycle marketing. We’re looking for a highly collaborative leader that will work closely with product management, client success, and other Indeed teams.
Lead a large & growing high-performing lifecycle marketing team
Manage a test & scale approach to continually improving the Indeed experience
Develop mechanisms to efficiently scale programs into many countries and languages
Lead product marketing and manage the core product marketing processes
Develop programs that delight the people we serve
Get stuff done -- execute briskly with precision, in alignment with our goals and standards
Bachelor’s degree required
10+ years of experience in product marketing or digital marketing with a focus on creating amazing experiences
Enthusiasm for data-driven marketing and demonstrated analytical ability
A strategic thinker with strong planning and execution skills
A strong leader who people love to work for
Enjoys collaborating and builds strong working relationships across all levels of the organization
