Your job.

The VP of Sales in EMEA will be responsible for accelerating Indeed’s expansion into the region and will have a strong desire to play a pivotal role in continuing our rapid expansion to help people get jobs. You are a self-starter and creative-thinker with a record of success generating new business opportunities and helping companies grow.  You are collaborative with the global leaders in marketing, client success, finance and all Indeed departments. The best candidate is open-minded, thoughtful and humble in their relentless pursuit of revenue, client retention and success. Our VP of Sales in Dublin will manage an environment for our people to thrive, focus on increasing their responsibility and also pave a clear path for her/his employees' personal and professional success.

About you.

The successful candidate will possess the following skills & experience:

  • 15+ years of demonstrated success leading high performing sales teams
  • 7+ years leading sales directors across multiple European markets
  • 7+ years experience growing a large scale Inside Sales team
  • Deep understanding of EMEA marketplace for small, midsize and enterprise level businesses and employers
  • Experience within sales for Digital Advertising, SaaS and multi-platform solutions is highly preferred
  • Lead and coordinate the “go to market” sales strategy to acquire and expand business relationships with hiring companies
  • Develop and drive continued hyper-growth strategy by partnering with senior leadership across the company
  • Ensure development and delivery of monthly, quarterly and annual sales and revenue targets
  • Proven experience leading and growing a tactical inside sales organization
  • Experience modeling, scaling and growing an enterprise business with multiple products and solutions
  • Previous experience partnering with Product and Engineering teams, to ensure Indeed is solving local challenges across the different markets in EMEA
  • Serve as a leader to develop and motivate senior level directors who manage a team of nationally dispersed managers and account managers
  • Travel required for remote office visits and client meetings
  • Energetic, thoughtful leadership with a fearless approach to building a winning team
  • Not afraid to make tough decisions
  • Hires well and delivers maturity, excellence and consistency across the business.
  • Act as “site lead” / MD
  • Keen eye towards diversity in team building
