Works directly with various stakeholders to troubleshoot Workday system issues as well as develop enhancements and new features. Act as a strategic partner developing solutions to automate and simplify processes for our business partners. Serve as a key resource for Workday integration development. Involves routine updates to existing integrations, as well as building new ones. Create and modify integrations using Workday technologies (EIB, Cloud Connect, Studio). Create and modify advanced custom web service enabled reports utilized by multiple external systems. Work individually or within project teams and participate in all phases of the development life cycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, transition, and support. Provide accurate delivery timelines for assigned work and deliver on time. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues as necessary. Stay informed of changes to integrations as a result of Workday updates and determine impact. Regression testing of integrations during Workday system updates/upgrades and annual processes such as open enrollment. Create technical documentation. Maintain proper change management documentation to satisfy the company’s internal/external audit controls. Participate in and validate production migrations. Write test cases and building test scenarios for integrations and reports.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
Three (3) years of experience with HR systems
Will also accept a Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field and one (1) year of experience with HR systems
This position also requires the following:
One (1) year of experience configuring and implementing integrations using Workday’s integration services including EIB, Cloud Connect and Studio
One (1) year of experience with report development using advanced and web service enabled reports
One (1) year of experience with various technologies including REST and SOAP API’s, WSDL, XML and XSLT
One (1) year of experience with integration systems security
