The team.Our Finance team ensures that Indeed complies with the highest standards of business, law and ethics, while providing Indeed's clients with excellent customer service and Indeed's management with the information and guidance required to succeed around the world. Every month, over 200 million people count on us to help them find jobs, publish their resumes, process their job applications, and connect them to qualified candidates for their job openings. You are passionate about using design to impact the employee experience and company culture globally
You will partner with various internal stakeholders to ensure design supports and showcases Indeed’s brand, work style and mission.
You are excited about communicating design intent both formally and informally to internal and external stakeholders
You will work closely with the Workplace Strategy, Architect, and Construction teams, Furniture Vendors and IT to develop office layouts and design concepts, and ensure cohesion from a design perspective
You will support the team to ensure project design intent adheres to Indeed design guidelines and methodologies, while continuing to innovate and redefine the status quo
Collaborate with the Project Leads throughout the project lifecycle to successfully implement and preserve design intent
You'll help identify and select products and vendors that are at the forefront of workplace design and innovation
Open to 15-20% travel to collaborate with local project leads, internal stakeholders and external vendors
BA Degree required, (ideally in Interior Design or Architecture)
Minimum 4+ years of professional experience in design related field
Practical experience in high-end Hospitality, Residential, Commercial and/or Retail Interior Design
A commitment to service excellence
Reliable, focused, and attention to specific details
Self-directed with overstocked initiative and a ‘can do’ attitude
You're a highly resourceful problem solver and fast learner
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, group focused environment
You have strong communication and visual presentation skills
You can handle a timeline and have experience leading multiple projects at once
You can consistently meet deadlines
High level of comfort working with project schedules (timelines, quantities, budgets, SKUs, etc.)
You know: MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, SKETCHUP, Rhino and Revit AutoCAD and space planning
ASID certification a plus, but not required
