Early Career
Indeed University
Indeed University (IU) follows a startup business model that teaches new hires about Indeed’s culture through real-world, new product innovations. Joiners will form a team, create their own WOW-experience product for jobseekers and employers, and learn to make data-driven decisions to iterate on that product. The goal is to instill data-driven, rapid-iteration, and impact-focused mindsets while new hires build lasting relationships with peers across the company.
More about the program
New joiners work through a comprehensive curriculum created by leaders from Indeed Engineering and Product. The curriculum focuses on developing the core skillsets their team must use to succeed in delivering great products.
Curriculum topics include data-driven development and design, web app technologies, service development, quality assurance, marketing, product management, and user experience. These modules ensure that the new hires are provided with what they need to be onboarded seamlessly at Indeed.
