As a Senior Learning Architect on our Learn & Grow team at Indeed, you will work alongside Program Managers focused on career development, SMEs across the organization, stakeholders in the HR organization, and functional training teams to design and develop the experiences and tools needed for all employees to evolve as contributors and future leaders at Indeed.

This role reports to the Manager of Career Development on the Employee Development Team.

Your responsibilities.

  • Define key skills, competencies, learning objectives and pathways with Program Managers and SMEs
    • Design learning solutions that align with the organization’s objectives of employee engagement, career advancement and support our DI&B values
    • Create engaging and outcome-driven learning experiences by leveraging innovative instructional design methods and frameworks
  • Develop engaging and impactful learning experiences (including learning journeys, blogs, job-aids, e-learnings, workshops, podcasts, etc ) that can be scaled across the company and are agile enough to meet ever-changing business needs
  • Create staple curriculums for all employees (i.e. onboarding)
    • Design frameworks and tools to help build a culture of learning across the company, empowering SMEs with the knowledge and support they need to produce engaging learning experiences
    • Direct and utilize limited instructor/subject-matter expert time to validate and improve lessons, content and assessments.
  • Build and maintain relationships with 3rd party training providers, guest speakers and content platforms.
  • Use a data-driven approach to iterate on existing programming

Who You Are

Experience

  • 5+ years experience with instructional design, including creating engaging and interactive learning curriculums and portfolios of solutions 
  • Experience managing multiple course development projects 
  • Ability to design under tight deadlines, iterate rapidly based on feedback and build credibility and collaborative relationships.
  • Experience working with learning technologies (LMS, content authoring tools, engagement and analytics platforms, LXP).
  • Experience developing both soft-skills and technical training is a plus.
